Portobello from the oven - This is how you do it!
This week we have a delicious recipe: Grilled Portobello from the oven with Mozzarella and Tomato! Made the Mediterranean way.
Ingredients
- 4 large Portobello's
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 pieces of mozzarella
- Basil, handful (finely chopped)
- Olive oil Sardia
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella and finely chop the basil.
- Mix everything together well. Add a dash of olive oil and season with salt. Fill the portobello shells with this mixture.
- Lightly grease the baking sheet with olive oil and place the stuffed portobello on it.
- Roast them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked and juicy.
- Remove the portobello from the oven and serve warm with the remaining tomato-mozzarella mixture.
