Portobello from the oven - This is how you do it!

This week we have a delicious recipe: Grilled Portobello from the oven with Mozzarella and Tomato! Made the Mediterranean way.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello's
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of mozzarella
  • Basil, handful (finely chopped)
  • Olive oil Sardia
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella and finely chop the basil.
  • Mix everything together well. Add a dash of olive oil and season with salt. Fill the portobello shells with this mixture.
  • Lightly grease the baking sheet with olive oil and place the stuffed portobello on it.
  • Roast them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked and juicy.
  • Remove the portobello from the oven and serve warm with the remaining tomato-mozzarella mixture.
